Arrangements can be made to replenish guest essentials, toiletries, kitchen supplies and everyday consumables. Products are supplied or funded by the property owner, with restocking available as an additional service.

Oven cleaning – $55  |  BBQ cleaning – $55  |  Laundry service – quoted separately  |  Additional bedrooms or bathrooms – quoted individually.
Additional cleaning or work outside the agreed standard changeover is charged at $65 per hour, with the owner's approval before proceeding.

Prices are indicative starting rates per standard changeover. Final pricing depends on the number of bathrooms, beds, property layout, condition and individual requirements. Additional services are quoted separately. All prices shown are the total amount payable. No additional GST is charged.
